Infant/Pediatric Massage
Pediatric massage is designed for children to help improve their physical and emotional well-being. It can be used in addition to a therapeutic treatment plan or as a preventive method.
Pediatric Massage and Touch Therapy can help with the symptoms of Torticollis, growing pains, muscle tension, range of motion, ADHD, anxiety, autism, and many other healthcare needs. The list is endless!
Massage techniques are adjusted to suit the child’s age and what needs to be addressed.

Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. In this service I will use an array of different modalities to help effectively release any chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. Enjoy this as an add on to any service.
Foot Scrub Add On
Add on a foot scrub and your feet will love you forever! Foot scrubs help to soften the skin and smooth away any calluses. Enjoy warm towels and an extra foot massage at the end.

There is a set travel fee of $25
**Any appointments that are located more than 30 miles away from the therapist will incur an additional fee of $1 per mile.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
